強強聯(lián)合，共謀新篇：埃馬克集團與重慶三友集團簽署戰(zhàn)略合作協(xié)議

2025年9月12日，埃馬克集團與中國汽車零部件核心制造商重慶三友集團正式簽署戰(zhàn)略合作協(xié)議。簽約儀式在三友集團重慶銅梁工廠舉行，埃馬克集團全球首席執(zhí)行官Markus Clement與三友集團執(zhí)行董事長兼總裁沈文君共同出席。此次戰(zhàn)略合作是基于多年良好合作與高度互信的重要決策，將雙方的合作推向了全面、深化與升級的新階段。

September 12, 2025 – The EMAG Group officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Chongqing Sanyou Group, a core manufacturer of automotive components in China. The signing ceremony was held at Sanyou Group's Tongliang factory in Chongqing, attended by Markus Clement, Global CEO of EMAG Group, and Shen Wenjun, Executive Chairman and President of Sanyou Group. This strategic partnership represents a significant decision built upon years of successful collaboration and deep mutual trust, taking the relationship to a new level of comprehensive, deepened, and upgraded cooperation.

截至簽約前，埃馬克已有近150臺機床服務(wù)于三友集團各大生產(chǎn)基地，廣泛應(yīng)用于制動盤、差速器殼體、齒轂等多種關(guān)鍵汽車零部件的加工制造，成為其供應(yīng)鏈中不可或缺的技術(shù)伙伴。

Prior to the signing, nearly 150 EMAG machine tools were already in operation at various production bases of Sanyou Group. These are widely used in the production and manufacturing of key automotive components such as brake discs, differential housings, and gear hubs, making EMAG an indispensable technology partner in its supply chain.

尤其在汽車制動盤加工領(lǐng)域，埃馬克展現(xiàn)出全球領(lǐng)先的 “全鏈條技術(shù)掌控力”——從保障尺寸精度的精密車削，到增強部件耐磨性的激光涂覆，以及提升涂覆后制動盤性能的高效磨削，再到實現(xiàn)無人化生產(chǎn)的自動化整線解決方案，為三友集團提升產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)與制造效率提供了系統(tǒng)化的技術(shù)支撐。近期，雙方更在此基礎(chǔ)上共建國內(nèi)首個激光涂覆制動盤實驗室，進一步推動該領(lǐng)域的技術(shù)研發(fā)與產(chǎn)業(yè)化應(yīng)用。

Particularly in the field of machining brake discs for passenger cars, EMAG has demonstrated world-leading "full-chain technological expertise" – from precision turning that ensures dimensional accuracy, to laser cladding which increases the wear resistance of components, to efficient grinding which improves the performance of coated brake discs, to fully automated production line solutions enabling unmanned operations. This expertise provides systematic technological support for Sanyou Group to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency. Recently, the two parties further co-established China's first laser cladding brake disc laboratory, further promoting technological R&D and industrial application in this field.

Both parties see the signing as a starting point for systematically expanding their cooperation in the areas of technology, resources, and skilled workers. The goal is to accelerate their own development while supporting the Chinese automotive industry on its path from the technological progress it has already achieved to even greater premium and high-tech expertise. This should enable the Chinese automotive industry to further consolidate its strong position in areas such as electromobility and battery technology and also take on a leading role in other key technologies, such as high-precision components and globally recognized premium vehicles. This "Sino-German cooperation" also strengthens the stability, efficiency, and sustainable development of the global automotive and supplier industry.
