2025年1月16日，EMAG GmbH & Co. KG股東變更登記正式完成。原Jinsheng GmbH & Co. KG持有的50%股份以及 He?brüggen家族持有的50%股份已正式轉(zhuǎn)入新股東Atlantik E Beteiligungs GmbH和Atlantik F Beteiligungs GmbH名下。

 本次變更僅為股東結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整，公司核心管理團隊、生產(chǎn)體系及服務體系均不受影響。

On January 16th, 2025, the change registration of shareholders of EMAG GmbH & Co. KG was officially completed. 50% of the shares held by Jinsheng GmbH & Co. KG and 50% of the shares held by He?brüggen family have been officially transferred to the names of new shareholders Atlantik E Beteiligungs GmbH and Atlantik F Beteiligungs GmbH.

This change is only a shareholder structure adjustment, and the company's core management team, production system and service system are not affected.
